Apple is famous for many reasons, and one of those reason is because their users are seemed very satisfied when it comes to customer service. A new survey suggests that Apple is falling behind Samsung, Microsoft, and Sony when it come to customer service satisfaction. The survey conducted by research firm Forrester Research (via WSJ) reveals that Samsung, Microsoft, and Sony have surpass Apple in customer service satisfaction for the first time in three year since the researcher began conducting this this type of survey.
Of the 17  consumer-electronics companies in the survey, Amazon have shown to have the best customer service satisfaction. The manufacturer received an “excellent” score of 91 from their  Kindle customers. Sony followed at second place with a rating of 83, Microsoft and Samsung in third place with an score of 82. And surprisingly, Apple has the worst customer satisfaction of the four top manufactures with an score of 81.
