iO 5 Beta 2 is ready for download from the Apple’s developer page. To get the beta 2 from Apple developer site, you have to be an iOS developer which cost $99/year. If you’re not a developer, you can wait until someone figures out a way of to get the beta without the UDID resgistration, or pay someone so their resister you device UDID on Apple’s server.
As noted by ItsAllTech, iOS 5 beta 2 brings WiFi Sync for Mac OS X computers and other changes:
Wireless syncing has been enabled for Mac OS X computers
A new iTunes beta has been released as well
When first setting up the device, you now have the option to back up to iCloud or the computer
