Today at E3 2017, Microsoft unveiled an updated Xbox One console named Xbox One X. The console brings a ton of hardware improvements which easily put Sony’s PS4 Pro in the inferiority spot. Microsoft announced this console as the world’s most powerful console, claiming that it is 40% more powerful than any other gaming console available on the market. Because of better components, the console is now considered a true 4K gaming console.
The Xbox One X is packed with many powerful components such as an 8-core Custom AMD CPU clocked at 2.3GHz, which allows developer to build better AL and smoother calculations. The console sport 12GB GDDR5 of graphic memory and a 6 Teraflop GPU for a true 4K environment. As for storage, Microsoft introduced the console with 1TB of internal storage.
Unlike the PS4 Pro, the Xbox One X has the capability of playing 4K Blu-ray disc. It also has two HDMI ports (1 output, 1 input), along with 3 USB 3.0 ports, and an Ethernet port for wired connections with routers or modems.
The Xbox One X will be available on November 7th of this year for the price of $499.
